These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Ihram Travel Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or using our website.


1. Scope of Services

Ihram Travel provides religious travel services, including but not limited to:

  • Hajj & Umrah travel arrangements
  • Flights and visa assistance
  • Hotel accommodations and transportation
  • Ziyarat and guided tours in Saudi Arabia

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on the booking.


2. Booking & Payment Terms

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment or required deposit is received
  • Fare quotes are subject to availability and may change until tickets are issued
  • Airline fares and taxes may change without prior notice
  • Failure to make payment within the specified time may result in cancellation without notice
  • Customers must inform us after making payment to ensure proper processing

3. Linked Travel Arrangement (LTA)

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

ALL BOOKINGS MADE THROUGH IHRAM TRAVEL ARE SOLD AS A
LINKED TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT (LTA) – NOT A PACKAGE HOLIDAY

Under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, this means:

  • You are purchasing separate travel services (e.g. flights, hotels, transport)
  • Each service is provided by independent third-party suppliers
  • Each supplier is solely responsible for their own service

Customer Acknowledgement:
“This is not a package holiday. You are purchasing separate travel services. Each provider is responsible for their own service.”


4. Separate Contracts, Invoices & Payments

To comply with Linked Travel Arrangement requirements:

  • Each service will be:
    • Quoted separately
    • Invoiced separately
    • Paid for separately
  • Ihram Travel does not combine services into a single contract
  • Payments must not be made as a single bundled transaction

Failure to follow this structure may affect your legal rights.


5. No Package Holiday Liability

Ihram Travel does not act as a package organiser unless explicitly stated in writing.

As a Linked Travel Arrangement:

  • We are not responsible for the performance of individual services
  • We do not guarantee refunds where a supplier refuses
  • Each supplier’s own terms and conditions apply

6. Airline Tickets

  • Most airlines issue electronic tickets (e-tickets)
  • Tickets are subject to airline rules and restrictions
  • Many tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable
  • Customers must check ticket details immediately and report errors

7. Changes & Amendments

Any request for changes is subject to:

  • Airline or supplier policies
  • Seat availability
  • Fare differences
  • Administration charges

Changes are not guaranteed after booking confirmation.


8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellations and refunds are subject to supplier policies
  • Administration charges may apply
  • Deposits may be non-refundable

Important:

  • We do not guarantee any refund
  • Some services may be fully non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed only after funds are received from suppliers
  • Refund timelines may take 3–6 months or longer depending on suppliers

9. Umrah Services

For Umrah-related bookings:

  • Visa processing may take up to 2 weeks
  • We are not responsible for visa delays or refusals
  • Visa fees may change without notice
  • Bookings may be non-changeable and non-refundable
  • Hotels may be replaced with similar alternatives if required

Children under 6 years may share a room without extra accommodation cost, but meals or services may be charged directly by the hotel.


10. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for:

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
  • Visa requirements
  • Travel insurance (if required)
  • Health or vaccination requirements

We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incorrect or missing documents.


11. Check-in Requirements

  • International flights: check-in at least 3 hours before departure
  • Domestic flights: check-in at least 2 hours before departure
  • Reconfirm flight schedules at least 72 hours before departure

12. Accommodation

While we aim to provide the booked hotel:

  • Hotels may be replaced with similar alternatives if necessary
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Cleanliness
    • Maintenance
    • Service quality

All issues must be raised directly with hotel management.


13. Supplier Responsibility

Each supplier is responsible for:

  • Service delivery
  • Cancellations
  • Delays
  • Refund decisions

Ihram Travel is not liable for:

  • Flight cancellations or schedule changes
  • Hotel issues
  • Transport disruptions
  • War, conflict, or external events

14. Supplier Changes

We are not responsible for changes made by suppliers, including:

  • Flight rescheduling
  • Hotel substitutions
  • Transport modifications

15. Government Regulations & Taxes

Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We are not responsible for:

  • New taxes
  • Government-imposed fees
  • Regulatory changes after booking

16. Payment Methods

  • Payments may be made via bank transfer, debit card, or credit card
  • Card payments may incur processing fees
  • We may request verification for security purposes

17. Limitation of Liability

Ihram Travel acts as an intermediary between customers and suppliers.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations
  • Loss of baggage
  • Supplier failures
  • Immigration refusals

Liability rests with the respective service providers.


18. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with security
  • Copy content without permission

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
