These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Ihram Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or using our website.

1. Scope of Services

Ihram Travel provides religious travel services, including but not limited to:

• Hajj & Umrah pilgrimage packages

• Flights and visa assistance

• Hotel accommodations and transportation

• Ziyarat and guided tours in Saudi Arabia

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on the package purchased.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

2.1 Booking Procedure

To confirm your booking, you must:

• Complete the required booking form

• Submit valid identification and travel documents

• Pay the required deposit or full amount (as specified)

2.2 Deposits & Payment Schedule

• A non-refundable deposit of £500 per person is required at the time of booking

• The remaining balance must be paid at least 8 weeks before departure

• If full payment is not received by the due date, Ihram Travel reserves the right to cancel your booking

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Cancellations by You

If you cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

All cancellations must be made in writing to info@ihramtravel.co.uk.

3.2 Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your trip due to insufficient bookings, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered:

• A full refund

• Or a transfer to an alternative package (subject to your approval)

4. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel

• Visa processing is handled through our approved agents, but final approval is at the discretion of Saudi authorities

• Ihram Travel is not responsible for visa rejection or delays beyond our control

5. Health & Travel Insurance

• You are responsible for obtaining comprehensive travel insurance covering health, loss of baggage, and cancellations

• You must be medically fit to travel. We may require a doctor’s certificate for elderly or high-risk passengers

6. Pricing & Inclusions

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise

• Prices include accommodation, flights, visa fees, transportation, and meals only as specified in your package

• Prices do not include personal expenses, vaccinations, or additional Ziyarat unless listed

7. Changes to Itinerary

While we strive to follow all advertised itineraries, Ihram Travel reserves the right to:

• Modify hotels, transport, or Ziyarat locations due to local circumstances

• Change flights or timings due to airline or weather issues

• Substitute services of a similar or higher value when needed

No refunds will be provided for changes made to ensure the safety and quality of the trip.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Ihram Travel shall not be liable for:

• Any personal injury, illness, or death arising during travel

• Loss or theft of personal belongings

• Delays or failures caused by airlines, government restrictions, visa authorities, or natural disasters

• Force Majeure events including war, strikes, pandemics, or acts of God

8.2 Third Parties

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, including hotels, airlines, visa agents, and transportation services.

9. Behaviour & Conduct

• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, staff, and locals

• Any offensive, illegal, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the trip with no refund

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and design elements, is the property of Ihram Travel and protected under UK copyright law. No material may be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written consent.

11. Website Use

• You must not misuse our website by introducing viruses or attempting unauthorized access

• We may restrict your access or terminate use if found to be in violation of these terms

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your trip, please raise it with your group leader or contact us directly at info@ihramtravel.co.uk. We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.

14. Unauthorized Bank Payments

Ihram Travel will not be held liable for any payments made to personal or third-party bank accounts that are not officially designated as the company’s authorized accounts. Customers must ensure that all payments are made only to the official Ihram Travel business account as provided in our official invoices or communication. Any transactions made outside of these official channels are at the customer’s own risk, and Ihram Travel bears no responsibility for such payments.

15. Updates to Terms

Ihram Travel reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the current terms.
